Description: Major-General Sir Francis Lloyd inspects 2nd Battalion, the London Welsh (or 18th Battalion, Royal Welch Fusiliers) drawn up on parade at their barracks, and then in a nearby park. The Royal Welch 'flash' can be clearly seen hanging from the back of several of the soldiers' collars.
